Nearing the end of the Consolidation Phase

I haven't been so good about updating our blog, surprise suprise!

However, we have been doing pretty well with the diet.

It all went downhill for the 2 weeks around Christmas though.

I was down to 118 pounds and Dan down to 70KG. I am back up to 120 pounds and I think Dan is at 75KG.

We have not been following the diet religiously, ie protien only days but still seem to be doing well since we don't really eat carbs.

We have added (maybe once a fortnight) a wholegrain pasta meal and I have a veggie whole grain wrap for lunch.

Steak - good quality, thick piece, cooked with 1 shot of Jamesons and lit on fire
Meat/veggie kebabs
Lam burgers with tzatziki
Sloppy joes minus the beans
Thai beef salad
Salmon
Thai seasoned barrumundi
Quiche
Taco salad

Some snacks that we like are:

Yogurt
Cherry tomatoes
Celery with tzatziki
Hot chocolate with Cadubury drinking chocolate, two Splendas and LF skim milk
Miso soup
Boiled egg
